The NTS Rx-Manager program helps with the daily things that normally would frustrate an administrator.
Let's look at something that is an inconvenience to lots of Dell-EMC AX Audit Log users.
Try filtering the Audit log data to give some feedback on a "User Query" event, and the Audit log result could look like this:
CRITERIA={Field1 = '987654321' AND Field3 = '2015-05-15' AND Field4 = 'Letter'}; RESULTS=0; MODULE=Aex32
The question that most operators have, after reading the result is; what does "Field1", "Field3" and "Field4" really represent?
Good question: "Field1", "Field3" and "Field4" are the SQL column names, used in the AX SQL query, and not the AX field names that are known to the operator. So the answer depends on what AX Application was used in executing the "User Query", and so the hunt for application definition begins.
With the NTS Rx-Manager the result looks a little bit different:
CRITERIA={SSN = '987654321' AND DATE = '2015-05-15' AND DOCTYPE = 'Letter'}; RESULTS=0; MODULE=Aex32
Now this is something we can all understand; the query is asking for the documents that belongs to SSN (987-65-4321), on this date (2015-05-15) and is a letter.
Taking time to do those kinds of details tells a lot about a product, especially if it can help making something easier for the user.
We invite you to get an on-line demo of the NTS Rx-Manager program using the On-line Demo Webpage.

Statistic information regarding how Document Store & Retrieval programs are used and performing is seldom seen in the Electronic Content Management industry.
Some storage applications are simply that; storing for archival purpose and in some cases those applications are used for compliance reasons.
Other Document Store & Retrieval programs are very active programs. Some are a part of a Routing system or a larger Workflow integration. However it is seldom that Statistic information about adding documents or querying on documents are directly, out of the box, known to the administrators.
Dell-EMC Ax-Audit Now has Statistic!
When NTS created the NTS Rx-Manager, the goal was to give administrators a tool to not only ensure that the health of the Document Store & Retrieval programs application was as healthy it could be, but also give feedback on how the system was used.
The Audit log data should not only be used for tracking issues. By applying logic to the data, the information of creations, updates, viewing and deletion of documents listed by user, application or workstations per year or month can be a basic key to increased productivity
Since it is so easy to create Document Store & Retrieval applications in today's ECM world, doing Pilot Test Programs can cost very little to execute. However, we see a lot of Pilot Test Programs being judges as a success or failure by simple emotions "I like the system".
With statistic information we can extrapolate if the Pilot Test Program really was a success or failure, so do not under estimate the power of statistic date.
Let the NTS Rx-Manager program ensure a healthy installation and a productive day via not only validation of data, but also its statistic feedback.
