[FAQ 911007] How to not Spam, why not?
Rule number one to not be a spammer is to only do 12 – 24 emails a year to any of your clients. Each email should have your email address on it so the receiver can recognize the sender. Also be sure to have a constant subject matter so the receiver can read, understand and react to your email, like a newsletter can be read later than the request for a quote or full filling an order.

For more about smart emailing see “Why not comply with the CAN SPAM Act of 2003?”.
