Opentext AX Audit Statistic Information
The Opentext Application Xtender AX Audit logging function has great potential; however, up to this point it has been hard to get to the data if you are not a SQL whiz kid.

One Click Doc History from inside AX
With one simple click on the AX Script Toolbar the user can now see the associated document history for the current AX displayed document.
Using the Rx-Manager Audit Filter an extensive document history can be specific to for example a specific User, Workstation or Time Range.
The document history is shown in ascending order from creation date to current captivity. However the user can select to sort on Time, User, Workstation and even Document Event Type to locate the needed information.
The shown result set can be saved to Excel spreadsheet if needed for later use.

The NTS Rx-Manager is not intended to, and does not replace the Opentext AX storage and retrieval program.
The goal of the NTS Rx-Manager Program is to give the Opentext AX managers an easy way to ensure that the underlying database and repository is as healthy as it can be.
