The Integrator provides a simple, cost-effective method for any Window or DOS program to control any other Windows program or groups of programs. This productivity tool enables you to build turnkey solutions. Your database manager program tracks information. Imaging software manages scanned documents. The communication program collects or distributes information. The Integrator transforms these individual programs into one application. The Integrator is compatible with programs from any vendor. DDE or OLE is not a requirement. What is The Integrator? The 16-Bit Integrator runs in the Windows 3.x, Windows 95 / 98 and NT environments. Whereas the new 32-Bit Integrator, only runs in Windows 95 / 98 and NT. It uses all of the standard Windows conventions and is easy to learn and use. The Integrator extends the operating environment for imaging solutions. By seamlessly allowing multiple programs to exchange information, The Integrator becomes the "control tower" of the imaging application. The Integrator enables any Windows program to control any other Windows program via a script. A script is a set of one or more build-in-functions assigned to an event. An event can be the user clicking on a button, which was created in a floating tool-bar. The Integrator can be "glued" to any Windows program, allowing the Icons, Buttons, Menus, and Hotkeys to become an extension without re-writing the program. The Integrator without re-writing any programs also provides imaging enabling of mini and mainframe computers. GUI Customization The Integrator customizes the imaging software's "look & feel" by encapsulating multiple functions into a single click. Reduce Indexing Indexing is the most costly and time-consuming part of the image capturing process. The Integrator automates batch indexing by interfacing the imaging software with multiple applications, such as mainframe emulation. Hybrid links The Integrator provides dynamic links between imaging software and any COLD or micrographic program.
